Terms of Service — PhotoSell

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and PhotoSell (operated by VELUMO s.r.o.). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. 1. Photographer ownership

Photographers retain full ownership and control of uploaded images. No copyright transfer to the Platform occurs.

2. 2. Non-unauthorized-use commitment

PhotoSell does not sell, re-license, or use Photographer images for its own commercial campaigns, independent advertising, or AI model training.

3. 3. Limited operational use only

Image processing is limited to service delivery: storage, previews, watermarks, gallery display, checkout flow, and order fulfillment.

4. 4. Integrity and security

We apply access controls, encryption-in-transit, and monitoring to protect image integrity and prevent unauthorized access.

5. 5. Photographer responsibilities

You confirm you hold all required rights to uploaded content and required releases where applicable.

6. 6. Customer license scope

Customers receive only the usage rights granted by the Photographer. Purchases do not transfer copyright ownership.

7. 7. Deletion and retention

When content or accounts are removed, data is deleted per operational and legal retention rules; Photographer ownership remains unchanged.

8. 8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Czech law, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to the user’s jurisdiction.
